No unauthorized returns. Please call The Textile Art Collection at (559) 323-0370 or contact me by email at info@thetextileartcollection.com prior to returning the item. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any item returned in its original condition will receive a full refund minus the original packing, shipping and insurance charges. If an item is returned, the buyer is responsible for return packing, shipping, and insurance costs.
